We are looking for a customer services operator to join our customer service team at Cryptonary. You’ll need excellent communication, customer service skills, a deep understanding of what is required to educate online consumers in an emerging field, and the ability to work well with others.
The ideal candidate will be someone who works well under pressure, is patient and remains calm in stressful situations; this will help our team provide world-class service to the international Cryptonary audience.
Requirements & Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Experience serving customers on live-chat, email or tickets at high volumes.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking) in English
Communicating with customers through and across social media channels: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and the Cryptonary website.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
In-depth knowledge of our products and processes in order to communicate effectively with customers.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Resilience, you will be part of a high performing team that serves 100th customers a day.
1+ years of experience in an online customer service role
Knowledge of cryptocurrencies
Experience in working with SaaS
Cryptonary Member for +4 Months
Educated to University Level is desirable but not necessary.
